Nicotine Patch Day 4
It’s getting a tiny bit better. Less edgy, still having cravings though. Still not sleeping well, so I’ve decided that I have to stop wearing the patch while I sleep. The sleep is not sound and the dreams are bizarre, very very bizarre!

Day 2 begins with me having not got much sleep. I slept, then woke up, then went back to sleep, then woke up and this cycle continued many many MANY times last night. Nicotine Patch Day 1 (Evening)
So Day 1 is winding down…and it has been a MISERABLE day. I’m sure not leaving the house because of snow did not help the situation any. I could have gone out and almost did go out, but I was feeling all jittery and decided driving in the snow was not the best plan.
As for cravings…yeah, they are still very much here. The itching under the patch hasn’t bothered me...
